Full Job Description

  • Test & Inspection

  • Experience of carrying out maintenance, installations and servicing

  • Good diagnostic / fault finding / repair skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Good standard of literacy and handwriting

  • Full driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

  • Enhanced DBS Check

  • NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent


    • Desirable (but not essential):
  • IPAF

  • PASMA

  • Asbestos awareness

  • Safeguarding

  • First Aid


  • Due to the customer requirements an Enhanced DBS suitable for child and adult workforce is essential. If an if Enhanced DBS Certification is not provided, we arrange for this on behalf of employees.

    • Waterhouse Electrical & Engineering services based in Weston Super Mare provide pre-pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities to Commercial customers in the local areas of Bristol, North Somerset and Somerset.

    Waterhouse are currently seeking an experienced and talented Electrician to join our amazing team.

    Brief Overview As an Electrician you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance activities, reactive and emergency call-outs, fault finding, and remedial repairs for Commercial Customers in and around the North Somerset area.
