A great opportunity for an Email Marketing Officer to join the University of Surrey's ambitious Communications and Marketing directorate.
In this role, you'll be the technical mastermind behind our email campaigns. You'll leverage your expertise in email marketing platforms and best practices to build visually appealing and impactful emails that resonate with our audience.

Your responsibilities will include:
# Building comprehensive email marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and drive desired actions.
# Creating captivating email content that adheres to accessibility standards and resonates with the target audience.
# Analysing and monitoring the performance of email campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
# Collaborating closely with the wider directorate to align email marketing efforts with broader digital initiatives and business objectives.
# Providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders on email marketing best practices and standards.

# A thorough understanding of utilising email marketing platforms to create, manage, and optimise email campaigns in accordance with established standards and industry best practices.
# Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring effective email campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines.
# Experience in coordinating email marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
# Proficiency in leveraging data insights to refine email content strategies, optimise engagement metrics, and enhance user experiences.
# Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful email marketing initiatives.
# Strong organisational acumen coupled with adept planning abilities, enabling the management of multiple email marketing projects, effective task prioritisation, and consistent meeting of deadlines.
