Responsibilities: As a Senior Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in our sales and lettings divisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.


• Managing negotiations between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords to achieve favourable outcomes.


• Staying abreast of market trends and property values to provide informed advice to clients.


• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.
  
  Proven experience in estate agency, with a focus on both sales and lettings.


• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• In-depth knowledge of the local property market in Sittingbourne.


• A proactive and results-driven approach to work., Estate Agency: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:
