Estimator construction

We are a small construction company specialising in domestic new builds, extensions and refurbishments and are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to join our team.

The role would involve

Preparation of tenders

Schedules

Organisation and ordering of materials

Day to day running of sites and liaising with clients and architects

Preparing monthly valuations

Hire of labour as and when necessary

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)


Experience:

• surveying: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
