Event Manager

Coordinate with BAM team to determine event requirements and objectives ensuring you receive full briefs in advance of events.
- Manage event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule during event days.
- Oversee event setup, and freelance staff.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the event
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for executing various events. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks., Previous experience in event management or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Full clean driving licence with the capability of driving vans, pulling trailers etc. - Located within 15miles of Cheltenham,

• Event Management: 1 year (preferred)
  
  This is a zero hour contract, looking for freelance event managers for campaigns through out the year.


We offer competitive day rate based on the role.
