Full Job Description

We are looking for a part time Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.

Key duties

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Responsible for diary management for the CEO and scheduling appointments for executives

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation and transportation for the CEO and executives when required

  • Provide administration support to the senior executives including but not limited to: taking minutes of meetings including attending board meetings, monthly performance review meetings

  • Manage and coordinate both internal and external company functions and meetings to ensure meetings run smoothly

  • Group wide event planning and general administration requirements associated including managing expenses within budget and ensuring payment deadlines are met

  • Responsible for maintaining the Bracknell office condition to a good standard and arranging repairs/additional cleaning/organising tidy up as necessary

  • Must have a 'can do' attitude as no 2 days are the same

    Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality a must

    Where will you work?

    Working in our Bracknell Head Office at least 2 days a week, with option for 1 day at home
