Salary Scale: Veritas Main Scale/ UPS dependent upon experience +TLR
Full time, flexible working hours considered.

As EYFS lead you will be joining a team who are passionate about early years and providing early excellence. Ofsted rated our Early Years provision as outstanding in September 2022 however, we are excited to continue to develop practise and provide the best start for children in our care. At Pilgrims' Way we have a nursery (from age 3) and two EYFS classes, we are looking for someone to join this team to provide supportive leadership and continued development., Our school has been part of the Veritas Multi Academy Trust since May 2018. Ofsted report September 2022 rates our school as GOOD with an OUTSTANDING Early Years. Our irresistible curriculum and inclusive ethos ensures that all children achieve their potential.
The school is situated in the beautiful city of Canterbury, benefitting from many excellent cultural opportunities. We have wonderful grounds, including a forest school. Learning outside the classroom is a school priority.
We are on an exciting journey to rebuild our school and are working with the Department for Education on a new build project.
