Full Job Description

  • Assist Contractors, when necessary on & off site

  • Minor troubleshooting & maintenance for office equipment as required.

  • PPM Maintenance of buildings, grounds & facilities

  • Completion of maintenance logs, schedules & Job cards

  • Reservoir inspections when required.

  • Emergency support for front & back-line leaks

  • Coordinate front and back gate closures

  • Assisting infrastructure coordinator with Fire, LOLER, Asbestos, LEV, F-Gas, CCTV, Racking, Ladders, Legionella, Civil works, Industrial Cleaning.

    A confident team player with a willingness to learn

  • Experience of working as a maintenance technician or similar, up to 12 months

  • Supporting trade with a general site service background

  • Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

  • Full clean driving licence
