Full Job Description

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain case files, including client correspondence and documentation
- Schedule appointments, court hearings, and meetings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness statements
- Draft correspondence and other written materials as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in handling family law cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for family law to contribute to our firm's success., Paralegal Certification: Completion of an accredited paralegal program or equivalent work experience required.

-Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a family law paralegal, with a strong understanding of family law procedures and terminology.

-Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.

-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

-Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

-Compassion: Compassionate and empathetic approach when working with clients facing sensitive family law matters.

-Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a paralegal in family law is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to family law cases,
