Full Job Description

  • Experience on New Build Developments.

  • Good social skills.

  • Must be able to drive with no more than 3 points.

  • Familiar with timber post, rail and board, concrete posts, and gravel board with panel fencing.

  • Must hold a valid CSCS Card.

  • Must practice good health & safety.

  • Experience with Nail Guns and specialist construction tools.

  • Reliability Essential.

  • Must be able to read a Boundary Treatment Plan., Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

    All Tools & Van provided.

  • All PPE provided.

  • Profitable bonus scheme leading to potential earnings for a hardworking person of £31,000 to £49,000 OTE.

  • Good remuneration dependent on experience £14.35 per hour.

  • Position is based on a 40-hour week with overtime available.

  • Permanent full-time role for the right candidate.

  • Company Pension Scheme.

  • 20 Days holidays plus 8 bank holidays - Holidays run January - December.
