Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various components using a variety of tools and techniques. Duties: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine work procedures - Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using hand tools and power tools - Fit and assemble structural frameworks using welding, bolting, riveting, or other methods - Install fabricated components in buildings or structures - Inspect structures and equipment for defects and ensure compliance with specifications Skills: - Proficiency in masonry, roofing, electrical work, and plumbing - Experience with power tools and hand tools - Ability to weld and fabricate materials - Knowledge of plastering techniques - Strong ability to read and interpret schematics - Excellent problem-solving skills If you have a passion for precision work and possess the necessary skills in fitting
