FNOL Inbound Agent

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in converting warm inbound telephone leads into sales opportunities. Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager, you will utilize your enhanced sales and customer service skills to ensure that each customer receives a personalized solution that perfectly aligns with their requirements. You will work closely with a team of agents, supported by a dedicated Manager,

• Handle inbound calls, converting them into sales opportunities.


• Deliver exceptional customer service with a solution-focused sales approach.


• Ensure the correct information is captured for every opportunity.


• Guide clients with accurate information and updates.
  
  Experience in a telephone-based sales role.


• Experience of achieving multiple sales based KPIs.


• Strong attention to detail and effective record-keeping skills.


• Excellent time keeping.


• Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding.


• A team player.


• Eagerness to learn, develop, and advance within the role.


• Knowledge of the insurance, and motor vehicle hire industry is advantageous but not essential.


• High level of empathy in customer service.
