Front of House Receptionist - ICS Cool Energy Ltd

The Front of House Receptionist role will be the first point of contact for greeting customers, visitors, and stakeholder either face-to-face or over the telephone. The primary objective is to be the face and voice of the company and deliver onsite receptionist and administration duties to a high standard for tasks in the HVAC and Process Cooling industry., Customer Relationships:

· Act as the first point of contact face-to-face or over the telephone.

· A proactive approach on dealing with high volume incoming calls, whilst transferring timely and accurately.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.

· Keep the front of house reception presentable, including conference and training suites across the community and communal areas.

· Accountable for outbound calls to suppliers, travel companies, venues, customers, and stakeholders.

Internal Controls and Administration:

· Coordinate and plan company events and conferences.

· Schedule travel and group bookings including accommodation, travel, and catering.

· Process invoices and Purchase Orders using Inspire Systems

· Update company telephony directories.

· Assist with incoming our outgoing post.

· Order management of office equipment and stationery supplies.

· Support internal admin and customer care teams with administrative tasks at peak times.

· Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage

· People and communication skills with a positive mindset

· Able to work with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

· Knowledge of Inspire systems, however, training can be given.

· Knowledge of Cisco telephony systems an advantage, however, training can be given.

· Knowledge of travel booking systems and large events an advantage

· Right to Work status confirmed for Country of application.

· UK drivers' licence as occasional local travel when organising events.
