Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our brand-new office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Sign guests in and out, ensuring accurate documentation of visitor logs and adherence to security protocols.

· Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area, and wider office.

· Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

· Assist with administrative tasks as and when required.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.

· Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

· Prior experience in a similar or customer facing role is essential.

· Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks is essential.

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Professional and personable demeanour is essential.

· Must be proficient with all MS suites.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrable competency with office equipment such as printers, scanners, shredders etc.
