Gardener

As our Gardener you will be responsible for providing support with the ongoing maintenance needs throughout our hotel, so previous experience in general maintenance is essential. This role will be an hourly based role as in certain seasons of the year there will not be much work available.,

• Carry out the general maintenance of the grounds - to include mowing, strimming, weeding, digging, maintaining plant boarders and beds, maintaining paths, etc.


• Use mechanical as well as hand tools including mowing and strimming.


• Undertake general tidying of grounds

• The ability to think creatively and suggest innovative ideas to enhance outdoor spaces in line with the boutique hotel's branding and guest experience.


• Willingness to adapt to the hotel's changing needs and preferences, which may require a more flexible approach to gardening and landscaping.


• A Hospitality Mind set: Understanding the importance of outdoor spaces in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, and being able to contribute to that experience through landscaping.
