Full Job Description

The successful engineer will install Gent Fire systems to the relevant industry and manufacturing standards, providing exceptional customer service with specialist Gent and industry technical knowledge. We are looking for an engineer who can work alongside customers, surveyors and other key stakeholders who has the ability identify and implement solutions on site in the interests of customer and compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Installation Engineer to work within a high performing team, focusing on a geographical region with our Key Account Customers. We offer the engineer the opportunity to work with specialist product working with excellent technologies and clients.

We safeguard many UK commercial and domestic environments to more than 5,000 customers

You must provide excellent customer service and install project experience to support project expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers. You must ensure you establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. work in support of the Install Project Plan, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and minimise loss.

Work closely with the planning team, ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly. Correctly complete online Engineer work reports, or checklists as appropriate.

Experience of Gent Fire systems, is essential.

Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment, hold a full clean driving license and have the ability to lift and climb ladders.,
