Global Senior HR Business Partner - Technology

We are seeking a Senior Global HR Business Partner to join our exceptional HR team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our people agenda, working closely with our business leaders to drive talent priorities and foster a culture of empowerment and accountability.

As a Senior HRBP at Envision Pharma Group, you'll develop and implement strategic HR projects across our global technology teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving performance at all levels of our organization. You'll provide coaching and support to leaders, championing employee engagement, development, and management skills.

Role responsibilities

• Drive effective people solutions and employee experience initiatives.


• Evaluate future human capital needs and deliver forward-looking solutions.


• Utilize data to identify trends and proactively address risks and opportunities.


• Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports.
  
  In-depth experience in technology/AI organisations.


• Track record of developing effective HR strategies in global organisations.


• Experience across all HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and diversity.


• Ability to translate HR plans into impactful solutions.


• Experience managing cultural shifts or transformational change.


• Strong demonstrable business acumen with a commercial approach.


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.


• Effective prioritisation and project management skills.


• Experience in coaching, supporting, and motivating others.
