    Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, Accountancy, Air & Space Institute (ASI), English, Maths, Health and Social Care.

    Internship Subject Areas:

    English and Maths.,

    Salary

    Graduate Trainee Lecturer salary:

    Starting salary £25915 (year 1) - £27715 per annum (year 2)

    Salary progression up to £37401 post qualification
  • plus up to £6000 Levelling Up Premium payment (subject to eligibility)


  • Internship placement salary:

    £22,699 (pro rata) £11.64 per hour

    Contractual hours

  • Graduate Trainee Lecturers will be employed by Lincoln College on permanent contract of employment with competitive starting salaries and opportunities for progression.

  • Training and mentorship will be provided to support career development and success in the role.

  • Interns will be offered short-term placements throughout the academic year to support teaching and learning in English and maths via our Subsidiary Company, FE Resources.
