Full Job Description

We are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, who is wanting to move into a site based graduate position. The role will report to the Managing Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from the wider commercial team.

Successful candidates will have:

+ Understanding the full scope of work and the breakdown of all packages.
+ Supporting the overseeing of raising of orders, order tracking, invoicing, billing and payments.
+ Supporting in monitoring resources and costs on site - site diary reviews / labour and material reconciliations.
+ Supporting contract administration
+ Supporting to identify, quantify, and monitor all variations.
+ Supporting final accounts at project close, accounts and final statements

This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).
