Housekeeping Team Leader

Reporting to the Executive Head Housekeeper you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Day to day management of the housekeeping team members.


• Ensuring rooms are cleaning by housekeepers on shift to a high standard


• Inspiring and motivated the team to achieve the best they can achieve


• Checking rooms, once cleaned, to ensure the room are the hotel standards.


• Liasing with the Reception team to discuss when guests have arrived, and prioritising.
  
  Experiencing in housekeeping


• Experiencing of management and leading a team is preferred


• Working in a medium to a large sized hotel.
