Full Job Description

When joining us in a HR role at The Compleat Food Group, you'll be stepping into a position that offers you the chance to take

Working Hours:

Flexible Hours: Your working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30am to 5pm, with an earlier finish on a Friday. We also offer
the possibility of hybrid work-from-home arrangements.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle

  • Liaising with Line Managers on hire progress.

  • Maintaining and updating all HRIS.

  • Maintaining and updating employee e-files.

  • Requesting all required equipment for new starters.

  • Liaising with key members of all departments to arrange and coordinate inductions.

  • Coordinating probation review reminders and where necessary escalating.

  • Update monthly payroll file for sign off by HR Shared Services Manager

  • Maintaining and updating organisational charts.

  • Creating and distributing ad-hoc surveys and collating the end data.

  • Data gathering and report completion for weekly/monthly/annual reporting.

  • Where necessary Support with systems integrations, new releases, HR systems training.

  • Handle additional tasks and requests as needed.

    Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements (preferable)

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial and challenging environment preferably within an FMCG

  • Fully proficient at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Microsoft Office)

  • HR experience (Shared Service environment advantageous)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.

  • Have the ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate a high volume of work, prioritise critical activities within tight

  • timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail and accuracy of working.
