Full Job Description

Human Resources Administrator (Part-Time - 21 hours per week - Fixed Term Maternity Cover Backfill) 0.56 FTE

We are seeking to temporarily appoint on a fixed term basis, a part time Human Resources Administrator to backfill an existing member of the HR team who has been temporarily promoted to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate is responsible for providing a range of administrative support to the Human Resources team. This will include general recruitment and onboarding administration; the processing of new starters and leavers, arranging annual inductions as well as being a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

A good standard of English and Maths is required along with evidence of continued professional development. A track record of developing, leading and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise effectively is also required. A CPD Level3 would be desirable as would experience working in a busy HR Department.
