Instructor

We require a motivated, skilled and resilient Instructor. The role will suit an instructor who can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm with a strong positive behaviour management ethos. Class sizes are small with TA support, all of our students need bespoke individualised learning., Suitable education qualifications such as A levels or a degree.
Good ICT Proficiency.
Successful experience of implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
Knowledge of inclusive education that challenges students to reach meaningful outcomes for increased independence.
Knowledge of current curriculum developments in the subjects to be taught.
Knowledge of child and adult safeguarding procedures.
Ability to produce accurate and legible written material, plans and reports to meet deadlines.
Setting high standards for self and being a role model for students and staff.
Prioritise, and manage own time effectively.
