Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic experienced manger to join our Insurance Broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives selling advised insurance policies to clients and generating their own sales.

Due to planned expansion programme, we are looking to recruit a manager with a background in advised insurance sales.

Successful candidate would enjoy the benefit of productivity and development of the business expansion and would be able to lead the sales team.

Duties:

• Supporting the development and delivery of sales strategy, plans and objectives


• Managing and motivating a sales team to achieve company and personal sales targets


• Generating your own sales to agreed sales targets


• Building a culture aligned to our values and associated behaviours, including trust, fairness and ethical conduct, equality of opportunity, work-life balance and employee engagement


• Ensuring each sales executive has the correct lead profile for their capabilities


• Performing performance reviews of individual Sales Executives


• Quality assurance of each advised sale made


• Analysing sales and lead data for reporting purposes


• Liaising with insurance providers and our broker to rectify any queries
