Internal Secondment - Deputy Production Leader

To support Production Leaders in the leadership of their teams, to achieve maximum productivity and output without compromising health, safety, environmental management, quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Your main responsibilities will:

• Engage and motivate the production team.


• Demonstrate you are someone who shares and lives our Cultural Genes. Leading by example and challenging anyone who does not and coach them on why it is important to Apollo that we all demonstrate the same values and behaviours.


• Assist the Production Leader with the accurate production, analysis, and reporting of data in the format required on a timely basis noting and reporting reasons for over / underachievement.


• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental standards in accordance with Apollo procedures and processes challenging and reporting all health, safety, and environmental issues and concerns. Ensuring all PPE requirements are maintained against requirements per process and that appropriate action is taken when not.
