IT Technician Apprentice

This role will work with our Helpdesk Coordinator in all aspects of IT support and services within the College. The post holder will work as part of a team to enable & assist with all the IT requirements required by all academic, co-curricular and event projects within the College. The successful candidate will be entering a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with teachers, support staff and students to deliver a user experience of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level English and Maths or with a BTEC in Computing or Technology related subject. A keen interest in IT with a basic knowledge of PC troubleshooting is essential.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary; £24,960 per annum.
