Joiner

Including but not limited to:

- Undertake joinery work on the full range of properties associated with refurbishment, maintenance, and project works.

- To undertake all joinery work as necessary in the repair, maintenance or replacement of the following (included but not limited too): doors, door frames, windows, timber, flooring, roofing, skirting, ceilings, panelling, boxing in, and kitchen fitting.

- Being able to work independently, collecting keys and carrying out joinery work.

- Undertake assigned tasks within the maintenance team, having full regard to site licence requirements and regulations.

- Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and returned to the appropriate administrative centre in accordance with established procedures.

- To provide a service to clients and maintain a good customer relationship as a priority.

- To always act as a representative of the Company and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.

- Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the post objectives as required by Management (appropriate to the level of the post).

- Assist in the efficient delivery of tasks.

Previous experience as a joiner or similar role, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Used to self-managing, prioritising workloads, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Essential time management skills.

- A working knowledge of all current Health and Safety legislation and best practice.

- Confidence to work alone or with a team.

- Ability to produce a high standard of work.

- Have a full, clean, UK driving licence.
