Full Job Description

The committed owner, who is both well qualified and experienced, operates with a hands-on 'can do' attitude, but is pragmatic, financially prudent & recognises the importance of long-term partnership. Your responsibilities will include:

-Carrying out Joinery/Maintenance in commercial buildings and domestic properties

-You will be able to understand and carry out essential Fire Remedial Works

-Carry out fire stopping

-Has an understanding of Fire door maintenance/installation

-Carrying out reactive maintenance.

-Working alone as well as a duo to complete high standards joinery works.

-Has an understanding of plumbing

You are a confident, mature, and positive thinking individual who relishes the opportunity to make the significant career move balancing recognition, responsibility, financial remuneration \ long term security & stability.

-You will have a clean driving license (minor points accepted)

-Have a CSCS Card (Must be Blue or above)

-Have proven ability of Joinery.

-A good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace

-Computer literate using our company tablets for daily job scheduling.

-Enhanced DBS will be required for successful applicant

  • Flexible working hours around a base 39-hour week Monday to Thursday 0800-1630 and Friday 0800-1530 (occasional weekend work)
