Junior Contracts Manager

As a Junior Contracts Manager you will be involved in projects from the scoping stage through to completion and Client handover. Working alongside the Contracts Manager you will work with Clients to provide solutions to a range of building projects covering internal and external property repairs and maintenance.

Experience and knowledge in building practices is desirable. Training is available for the right candidate.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

· Scheduling and managing work for reactive and maintenance teams.

· Working with site teams in the delivery of work to ensure that quality and right first time standards are achieved and maintained.

· Preparing Project Packs (Construction Phase Plan/ Method Statements/ Risk Assessments).

· Organise sub-contractors and suppliers.

· Meeting with Clients and scoping new projects.

Evans Construction & Civil Engineering Ltd are looking for a Junior Contracts Manager to join a growing team, covering a range of social housing projects through Shropshire and surrounding areas.

Evans Construction are a main contractor and sub-contractor, working with a number of Clients across Highways and Social Housing sectors, throughout Shropshire, Powys and Telford and Wrekin.
