Full Job Description
- Assist senior estate agents with property viewings, valuations, and negotiations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for listing.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, prospective buyers, and sellers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing appointment schedules and organizing property viewings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions from listing to closing., After completing the Junior Estate Agent apprenticeship, individuals often progress to roles such as:
- Senior Estate Agent.
- Property Manager.
- Lettings Negotiator.
