Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs.


• Is able to deliver face to face training to varied audiences across multiple subject areas.


• Design and deliver engaging learning content via training programmes, courses and materials.


• Maintain content and users of our learning management system.


• Provide ongoing support and resources to colleagues to reinforce learning, address challenges, and promote continuous improvement.


• Collaborate closely with people team colleagues, department managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.


• Maintain the highest quality standards in all learning and development activities.


• Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times¿.
  
  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.


• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.


• Knowledge of LMS is advantageous.


• Knowledge of retail processes and procedures.


• Commitment to staying updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training initiatives.
