As a Learning and Development Officer you will have a key role to play contributing to the delivery of the Bracknell Forest Learning and Development Plan.

In addition to delivering appropriate L&D activity where it is relevant ensuring EDI compliancy, you will lead on managing the day to day administration of the Learning and Development training budgets under the direction of the Head of Learning and Development., You will provide our managers with advice and guidance on learning solutions with the aim of ensuring we satisfy need within our available resources. Learning and development is part of our HR, OD & Payroll service and you will be supported by colleagues across the team.

We are looking for someone who has experience of successfully designing, delivering and facilitating a range of learning activities and groups, with the ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the organisation. You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
