Full Job Description
- Be able to build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents
- Be passionate about making a difference to all children
- Have some experience in working with children in a classroom setting and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND and/or medical conditions
- Have some experience of teaching phonics and early reading
- Be flexible and able to work collaboratively and proactively within a busy team
- Be a reflective practitioner with a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Be keen to undertake training relevant to the role
- Be resilient, positive, patient and compassionate.
- Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.
