Lettings Negotiator

As part of our team you will deliver exceptional customer service, develop great relationships with all internal & external stakeholders & be an excellent brand ambassador,

You will ensure company policy & procedures are followed to maintain quality & compliance with all legislative requirements.

You will have the opportunity to attend regular team meetings & training sessions to share ideas & best practice with your colleagues.

ARLA qualification would be advantageous in this position, if you are not yet qualified you will be able to complete on the job learning. & a professional qualification with us to gain this.

You will work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and efficient letting process.

Your duties will include:

Business generation for lettings listings, handling leads, conducting viewings, negotiating offers.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Understanding & Knowledge of Lettings Legislation in PRS

Organisational: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Administrative: Strong administrative skills are necessary for handling paperwork, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
