Maintenance

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

- Regularly consult the home's Maintenance Book, ensuring tasks are completed and signed off.

- Assist staff in preparing rooms for new or relocating residents, including furniture moving.

- Contribute to 'special projects' involving building work and general repairs.

- As part of this role you may be required to work across multiple sites

- Attend all requested training courses.

A full driving license.

- Experience in maintenance or estates, ideally within a care home environment.

- Confidence and proficiency in various maintenance fields including electrics, plumbing, carpentry, and building.

- Excellent team collaboration and time management skills.

- Willingness to work across different sites on varied projects.

This is a full-time position with a 24-hour work week to be worked flexibly over 3 days and a requirement to be on-call for one weekend every month.
