Full Job Description
- Improving the workplace with respect to health, wellbeing safety & environment
- Weld, fabricate, use machine tools, technical drawing and disassemble, rebuild, service and repair large machinery
- Machine Installation & commissioning
- Planned / unplanned & preventative machinery maintenance
- Manufacture & Repair of engineering components
- Trouble shooting and fault finding to solve issues with machinery
- Engineering machinery Optimisation & Improvements
- Gain experience & confidence in transferable soft skills so you feel comfortable working with your own initiative or part of a team
You will study on a Level 3 Engineering Technician standard on a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician pathway. On completion of this, you will gain qualifications in Engineering at Advanced Level 3; - Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)
