Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager!,

  • Develop and maintain effective marketing strategies that align with our goals.

  • Protect and enhance our brand identity while exploring avenues for growth.

  • Dive into customer research, market trends, and competitor insights to refine our approach.

  • To oversee all aspects of marketing - from PR initiatives to advertising campaigns.

  • To help create new business opportunities in defined markets and provide sales and marketing support to our Commercial and Executive teams.


  • What You'll Be Up To:

    Brand Marketing:
  • Internal and External Branding.

  • Ensure adherence to and enforcement of our brand guidelines across all channels.

  • Lead engaging internal and external communications.

  • Oversee photoshoots to showcase our brand in bids and marketing materials.

  • Competitor research and analysis.


  • Content Marketing:
  • Produce compelling written content for various platforms, including website blogs, brochures, campaign content and colleague newsletter.

  • Liaise with external agencies and partners to create impactful press releases when needed.


  • Digital Marketing & Social Media:
  • Drive our digital presence through strategic SEO efforts and Google analytics insights.

  • Maintain a robust and professional social media presence; planning and creating posts, managing online reviews and comments.

  • Plan celebration days and develop evergreen content to keep our audience engaged.


  • Growth:
  • Partner with our Commercial and Solutions Directors to execute telemarketing activities.

  • Create collateral for specific targeted campaigns.


  • Awards and Events:
  • Ensure TCFM presence at trade events is top-notch, handling all coordination details.

  • Lead the efforts for industry awards, from nominations to celebrations and the attendance of award ceremonies.


  • General:
  • Generate insightful reports to inform marketing strategy and performance.

  • Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.

  • This role is about planning, management, analysis and doing in equal measure.

    2-4 years of experience in business-to-business marketing.

  • Previous experience leading a team is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in WWW SEO and analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with related business sectors is a plus.

  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

  • A keen eye for design is desirable.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK for customer visits and trade shows.
