Masking Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Masking Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and masking of product going into the plating process. This will include tasks such as chemical cleaning of the part, masking of the product using paint/stop-off, vinyl tape and/or masking film. All will be required to maintain quality and safety standards, maintaining equipment and tooling, keeping records.,

• To prepare, fixture and process product through the masking procedure.


• Visually inspect tooling for obvious flaws, imperfections, or damage - pre and post masking.


• Work under own initiative to meet production targets.


• Be responsible for keeping high health and safety, and housekeeping standards.


• Take part in daily team meetings.


• Assist other team members as and when required.

• A high level of dextrity and good hand-eye coordination.

• Monday - Friday working week, with 1pm early finish on Fridays (no weekends)
