Mason / Groundworker

Complying with company Health and Safety policies on a day to day basis.

Working with others on site to deliver great projects on budget and on time.

Carrying out a range of masonry and Groundworks on site.

Working closely with the Site Foreman and other trades to ensure targets are understood and met.

Working closely with the Site Foreman and other trades to ensure that materials, plant and other resources arrive on site in a timely fashion.

We are seeking a hardworking and experience mason/groundworker with experience in across a range of works. The individual will be able to take initiative and be able to work to a set timescale. They will work on a range of large scale extensions, house renovations, barn conversions and one-off bespoke new builds., Proven experience on similar works.

A growth mindset, with a skill for developing themselves and others around them.

Dedicated, organised, and transparent attributes that contribute to their good people skills and solid communication skills.

An ability to overcome problems quickly and keep the site team moving forward efficiently.

Able to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion.

An ability to manage their own time and understand of the importance of time consciousness.

£13.50 - £16.00 an hour - Permanent, Full-time
