Full Job Description
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections on various types of vehicles.
· Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
· Strip down and re-build engines.
· Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
· Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs have been completed correctly.
· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
· Keep work area clean and organised.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
· Expected to attend race weekends (approx 8 per year) paid at an additional overtime rate.
· Proven experience as a mechanic, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
· Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on various types of vehicles.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Experience with off-road vehicles preferred, but not essential.
· Relevant certifications required.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

While experience with all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be given. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
