Mid-weight UI designer

We are looking for a talented UI designer with an exceptional eye for design. You'll be working on the next-generation of B2B SaaS websites alongside our team of UX designers, UI designers and Webflow developers. We are looking for someone who will push the boundaries of our creative output, proposing inspiring ideas across the UI process.

This role requires being able to think holistically about creative solutions, not just the visual outcome. The ideal applicant will have strong communicative skills, clearly portraying their thought process to the client and rest of the studio team.

A typical website build takes 1-3 months, with the UI phase taking 2-3 weeks, so you will work on a wide range of projects over the course of the year.

Your time will be managed by a senior designer and or leadership, however your own initiative and self management is required to deliver your responsibilities on time and within budget.

Use previous experience and passion to demonstrate intelligent, thought-provoking and innovative creative solutions, establishing a strong conceptual and creative point of view.

Must haves

• Expert in Figma


• 3 years agency / freelance experience in UI design


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to receive and give constructive feedback with grace and professionalism


• Strong organisational skills


• Proactive team player


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Highly autonomous worker being able to question and think outside of the brief

• Experience in Webflow development
