Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for producing offline marketing materials, conducting market research, creating content for socials, maintaining the company website, analysing performance campaigns and that it just the tip of the ice-burg - you will learn a verity of skills to enhance your skills toreach your true potential!

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support the Marketing Team with the production of printed material and collateral, including, but not limited, to brochures, flyers, magazines, and exhibition materials ensuring all are produced within brand guidelines


• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes


• Assist in analysing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives and provide insights and recommendations


• Maintenance and optimisation of the company's social media channels. This includes content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and monitoring performance to grow our online presence effectively


• Support in the maintenance and update of the company website, ensuring it serves as a vibrant and informative hub and sales tool for our customers and stakeholders


• Build, execute and analyse high performance multi-channel marketing campaigns


Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.


• Innovative, creative, and commercially aware.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including numeracy and proof reading.


• Knowledge of business systems, such as CRM, ERP and Excel.


• Passion for design and branding


• Grade 5/C in Math's GCSE & 4/C in English GCSE, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
