Multi Skilled Tradesman / woman

Caelum Property Maintenance are recruiting top-quality multi skilled tradesman to join our team for works covering London, Surrey and the South East of England. We provide both residential and commercial clients with a high level of service. Working in public, health and education sectors, candidates will require Enhanced DBS checks. We require skilled professionals who want to operate at a high level and who can deliver for our clients.

You can choose to work as self employed under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) or on PAYE contracted to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

We require that applicants have multi-trade experience at a professional experienced level, with high knowledge in the building industry. Trades the operative would need to be able to carry out are as follows: carpentry, general plumbing, plastering, locks, tiling, flooring, painting and decorations. We also prefer that candidates have at least 5 years of experience for this position.

Depending on experience, successful candidates will be paid £17.00-24.00 per hour.

Ideal candidate will have their own van (company vehicle also an option). Fuel and van allowance paid by company.
