Multi Trade Operative

· Reactive maintenance incl. general joinery, patch repairs & decoration

· Full drivers license essential

· Valid CSCS (desirable)

· Own tools required

· Taking care of company tools and vehicles

· Have good communication & interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and directors

· Use initiative, be pro-active & self-motivated

· Be willing and capable to work alone and part of a team

· Have a positive commitment to the vision and values of the business,

• Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)


• Driving Licence (preferred)

Due to company growth, our client is Multi Traders who are carpentry bias. The ideal candidate will be carrying out reactive maintenance and planned project works, working within care homes, housing association properties and commercial office buildings throughout the Midlands and UK.

The Ideal candidate will:

· Hold a Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery

· Have experiences with carrying out plaster patching, tiling, painting, decorating and basic plumbing

Package:

· £35,000 - £40,00 0 per annum

· Company Van

· Fuel Card

· Progression Opportunities, Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
