Full Job Description

Are you passionate about creating change? Join our pioneering Multiply programme and become a catalyst for transforming lives! We're seeking a Multiply Project Engagement Officer to drive engagement, support participants, and deliver life-changing learning opportunities as part of a revolutionary initiative.

We have just begun embarking on a new initiative, the Multiply programme, designed to make a lasting impact on the lives of adults. This initiative, under the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, focuses on enhancing functional numeracy skills, targeting parents and caregivers of pre-school aged children as well as care leavers and those who are about to leave the care system.

We're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and be instrumental in this unique and innovative project. The successful candidate will have experience in engaging with young people and adults, including those who face multiple barriers in accessing learning and in delivering learning and training in an adult community context.

As a Multiply Project Engagement Officer, your role involves creating engagement activities and providing crucial participant support. You'll curate innovative learning opportunities integral to the Multiply programmes mission. Plan and execute engaging activities, inspire learners, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences, guiding learners towards success.

You'll be instrumental in providing tailored participant support, identifying individual needs, and crafting learning pathways that resonate with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Your role will encompass not just delivering courses but being a guiding force, encouraging progress, and celebrating achievements, fostering a sense of accomplishment.

Collaboration will be key as you work alongside various internal and external agencies, working closely with the Local Authorities 14+ Team, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with the Multiply program objectives. Your ability to plan, execute, and adapt strategies will be crucial in maximising the impact and reach of the programme, ultimately transforming lives through education. This role isn't just about delivering content; it's about inspiring change, fostering a love for learning, and empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.

We are on the lookout for individuals who possess a genuine passion for connecting with others and creating impactful learning experiences. Do you thrive on building strong connections and finding innovative ways to engage with people? Are you enthusiastic about inspiring and supporting others on their learning journeys? Your understanding of how adults and communities learn and grow is invaluable to us. Being organised and comfortable with technology is a plus. We value creativity, enthusiasm, and a sincere commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities. If you're someone who embodies these qualities and is eager to contribute to our transformative mission, we'd love to hear from you!, Disability Confident
