National Account Manager

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases.

Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

The future is circular

• Manage IFCO's customer relationship across a geographical area including any nominated small retailers.


• As required work alongside the Retail Business Managers to support business growth targets and review supplier performance.


• Conduct regular visits to suppliers, retail distribution centres and stores to capture conversion opportunities.


• Analysis of customer data to improve efficiency and identify opportunities. Carry out quarterly review meetings with larger customer accounts.


• Work with the Asset Management Team to support and conduct annual audits with suppliers and retailers as required.


• Build a network of contacts within your customer's business and be the main day-to-day contact. Drive improved customer satisfaction and engagement.


• As applicable document activities on Salesforce and ensure all monthly reporting is completed and reviewed in line with deadlines.


• Attend and contribute to sales team meetings as required.


• To undertake any duties commensurate with the level and expectations of this post. Tasks may be varied to meet changing service requirements.
