Once you have completed the 12-month apprenticeship you will have the skills, knowledge and official accredited certification needed to embark upon a successful career. Your role as a Network Engineer Apprentice will include:

• Assisting in network setup and maintenance



• Troubleshooting network issues
  
  Team player mentality


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure


• Ideally 5 GCSE Grades (C and above)


• UK driving license and access to a car


• Proficiency in various IT systems and technologies including Microsoft Windows Server


• Ideally, 3+ years of support environment experience; field work advantageous for customer visits.
