Full Job Description

  • you will provide individual care as required by each resident in order to meet their personal needs whilst ensuring that each person's dignity and respect is upheld

  • you will ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting residents with washing, toileting, dressing, undressing. Paying particular attention to assisting residents who have limited mobility, or physical difficulties, making the best use of aids provided

  • you will support and encourage residents to maintain their independence with daily living

  • answer Call bells throughout the night, to give residents peace of mind.

    You don't need experience to become a Night Care Assistant, just plenty of passion and understanding, good written and verbal communication, and some basic IT skills. A full induction programme and training is provided. This job is varied, interesting and very rewarding.

    Little Hayes Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 32 people over the age of 65, some of whom are living with dementia or physical health needs, and has a CQC rating of Good.
