Non Working Roofing Site Manager

As a Site Manager at LRL Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful completion of site projects. You'll also be responsible for maintaining professional and approachable communication, while supervising all workers and liaising with site staff. You will manage the materials required for each phase of the project, taking accurate measurements against the materials needed. You'll also take responsibility for regular inspections to ensure the quality of the installation and all aspects of the work meet the highest standards.,

• Prepare daily plans of activities for all site staff, communicating via daily activity briefs


• Ensure the project is complete to programme.


• Responsible for safety and quality


• Daily communication with Contract Managers


• Taking accurate measurements against materials required


• Maintain LRL values - Safety, Quality and Value delivered with integrity
  
  Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)


• CSCS card


• Manual handling (Desirable as training is provided)


• Working at heights (Desirable as training is provided)


• SMSTS


• IOSH Training (Beneficial), management: 1 year (preferred)


• Roofing: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
  
  Van and fuel card provided


• Hourly paid, to be discussed during interview process
