Full Job Description

  • The role will involve working 'Front of house' as the 'face' of HK Law, taking phone calls and attending to visiting clients, as well as supporting the legal teams with general administration and document management.

    The position will suit candidates who are immaculately presented and possess the relevant transferable skills needed for working in a professional office environment.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or similar is desirable but not essential as training can be given.

  • Candidates must be conscientious and reliable with a professional demeanour and possess excellent communication skills including a good telephone manner.

  • An eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions, process and procedure is essential, as is a keen interest in helping colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • The role will involve a degree of light lifting and carrying (i.e. files)

  • and regular use of stairs.

  • There may also be daily shopping and postal duties required., Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) Essential

    HK Law is seeking a full time Office Admin Apprentice to work across our 8 offices on a rotating schedule, but also to cover planned and unplanned absence on the reception desks when required. The role is offered as an 18-month Fixed Term Apprenticeship., Company Benefits:
